My friend was growing a pot of cannabis (1month) for experimentation. Some goons entered his home on the pretense that they were law enforcement agents and were investigating his vehicle. They took photo and videos of the cannabis pot and threatened him that if they show it to police , he will go to jail for 10 years. They blacmailed him and took Rs. 35000 cash and his motorbike (approx 1.5 lacs) and demanded further 3.5 lacs.
Now he is in a real dilemma. He can't procure 3.5 lacs as he is just a student, so there is no hope of getting his bike back. He can't go to the police because they have video evidence that he was growing pot. What to do?
I would like to point out that the cannabis plant was just an experimentation he was doing reading online guides and the plant was little less than 1 month old.
