i wanted some information through rti from guj.hajj comm. saction officer reply they can't give the said information and i can appeal against the same.
i want to know that what is the time limit of reply of my appeal and they are responsible for the same or not??

if they not give any information after 30 days completion of your first RTI application, you may go with in 30days you should file appeal.
