Hello,
I am purchasing a property and i got documents from owner where there is no sale deed between him and developer. there is agreement to sale and all receipt of stampduty and registration is attached.
My query is:
1) Is it right process that without sale deed can i purchase from these owner.
2) as i understand sale deed is for transferring ownership and this was not done. Am i right?
