A court case has been filed under sections 383, 504, 506 in 2006 when i was a juvenile against which a stay was obtained. Since then the case has been pending, no prosecution etc happened. The opposite party started the feud, and falsely implicated us. We tried for mediation but they want it to be like that as i m a bright student and they want to create obstruction in my career path. I have given armed forces examination. Will my candidature be rejected even if i got selected. I have disclosed all the information required to be filled in attestation form. And will upsc select me if in future i get selected for civil services? I m not hiding any information from upsc, still a pending case will result in my rejection? Please reply.. I am very much tensed.
