Petitioner signature mismatch on petition/affidavit evidence

Hello Lawyer Buddies :)

Need your valuable knowledge base info on what if the petitioner signature on MAIN petition is Original and whereas the Evidence by way of affidavit submitted by the same petitioner has been mis-represented her signature by somebody falsely which is complete mis-match from the MAIN petition or has been forged signature by some third person instead.. What are the Indian Penal Code of Conduct and Evidence Act against such false un-authorized signatory in the matter of lower magistrate court? Please advice. Thanks in anticipation. Regards.

well, mostly if its evidence by way of affidavit, its generally the same as the petition. false signature will not put much dent on the case, but you can read 340 crpc for it. remember, the act or omission should be in such a manner that it should effect the administration of justice. if the same is not the case, u cant even put a mark with this.
