Missing consignee lr copy - e1c transaction

Respected  Sir,

We have sold material to end party thru our customer under sale in transit (E1C).  Consignee copy of Lorry Receipt are not traceable. Hence we could not submit consignee copy of LR.  

What can we do in the situation? Is consignee copy still required for E1C. What is the solution for this?
