Cancellation of certificate under shops and establishment act

As far as your query is concerned you got this certificate from Haryana therefore "The Punjab Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958" applies to cancel the certificate. According to section 13(5) of the act, you , the employer shall, within ten days of your closing the establishment, notify to the prescribed authority in writing accordingly. The authority shall, on receiving the information and being satisfied about the correctness remove the name of such establishment from the register of establishments and cancel the registration Certificate.

Please contact to concerned authority wherefrom you have got this certificate and give written request to cancel the registration certificate.
