I represent a registered govt society that seeks to work with another non-govt society for certain services and soft interventions. We both have a prior working relationship and would like to extend the relationship further into other areas not covered under the original scope of work.
Keeping in view that going through the contract process can be time consuming and ultimately defeatist we are looking at either signing an MOU or Memorandum of Agreement. There would also be substantial consideration for services rendered from one party to the other.
What would be a fast and at the same time safe route to go in for. MOU or MOA??
