Abduction case

sir,
     we want to marry without our parents consent and after doing that we will have to run away,
     in that case her father will file a case of abduction against me, and as i am a govt. employee, it will create
     problems, is there any legal way to be on the safer side.

Take help from police at your local police station if she is major. Without inform to the police and elders, it will be abduction case.

If you both are major by age then you can marry as your wish , no one can stop you its up to you you opt court marriage or arya samaj marriage , don't done the mistake to ran away with her , otherwise her parents will file criminal case u/s 363/366 ipc against you in the police .
