Evidence act time frame

Under Evidence Act, how many years old evidence or statement ,or alike, can be prosecuted under IPC 420, 419 or 120B in Indian Courts?

Does financial fraud comes under 420?

Thank You.

Sir, I wished to compare different laws in different nation states. In my knowledge I came to know that in Sweden, US, may other nations also, Evidences after particular time becomes unprosecutable. In fraud (any sort), evidences before 32 years becomes unprosecutable in Sweden Courts. I wished to know whether Evidence Act of out nation, have same sort of pragmastism or not or of which type?

Thank You.
