We can file RTI application open/UN-enveloped through designated post offices and get proper receiving from them,would not it be better if Govt. and big companies offices are also forced to receive the correspondence from public this way as till date they do not give any receiving to the public.Some resist,some deny and even if some give that is not properly signed or stamped ? This way they will be more responsible and public will get their work done,what you suggest ?

it is a good suggestion,as with modern communication means like email,sms etc work loads of many post offices are reduced.
by charging a nominal amount,post offices could be utilised for such services as in rti by whch time and energy of both parties,i.e applicants and the receivers could be saved.
