How and where to file complaint against rto?

Now-a-days, all these services are rendered online. If your application duly filed, you would have recieved an acknowledgement online. Status could be varified based on this acknowledgement.

Thanks for reply. The issue is despite of having all acknoledgements the application is not being approved. This is where I suspect something wrong. It might have been lost at the RTO. So where and how do I file a complaint?

Every RTO Office has a public relations officer. You may get in touch with the Office. So aslo, you may seek the present status under the Right to Information Act.
