I as a plaintiff have filed an original suit for a property in dispute for stay order.
The defendant has raised objection with the clause made above.

Cost needs to be given only if the Court orders so. Generally, cost is not allowed while diasposing IAs. Moreover, the lines quoted are part of the standard drafting, nothing else.
