What are my rights as an owner of first floor in two storey bunglow.. ???ground floor belongs to my uncle. and first floor belongs to me according to partnership deed. if whole bunglow demolish then how much area will get each party at ground floor.. will it get divided in two parts from middle or will i get equal ratio f land or i need to pay the diffrence amount between valuation of ground and first floor ?? or aftr demolition n new construction also i have stay with old norms lyk ground floor to 1st party...first floor to 2nd party..??

Show the partition deed to a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of terms and conditions qua your share beneath your floor, which can not be presumed, opined and obliged.
