Gpa to represent ni act cheque bounce cases in india, is gpa to be registered?

One of my friend is checking and the scenario is:

Siblings are in USA, their cheques are dishonored. Cheques are provided by the infra company due to cancellation of property.

can siblings send the GPA which is notarized in USA or it has to stamped by Indian embassy? or both valid?

is the GPA to be registered in india in order to represent the case on behalf of siblings?

Since your siblings are residing out of India so their power of attorney to you to contest the case on their behalf should be lawful and  stamped by Ambassy.

Thanks Goyal sir.

is the GPA document to be registered in india in order to represent the case on behalf of siblings?  or registration not required for court cases representation?

Any help on this query is appreciated.

For court cases GPA is not required to be registered.
