ancestors property

Hi, there is an ancestral agricultural land property of my great grandfather, out of which some survey numbers are showing in the name of my grandfather in govt records maintained online. Now I want to get my share out of my father's share as no one is showing interest to get thier share. Can i get my share without involving other legal heirs.

Implead other share holders as defendant in the suit for partition, where they may or may not join proceeding.

Seek professional advise of a local prudent lawyer.

Arrayed them as proforma defendants and file suit for possession by way of partition of your share.
