Our society has implemented system of society sticker on vehicle. Still our socity insisting to make entry in register after 11 PM for security (?) reason. There are no written instructions given to security guards. What are our (resident's) rights / limitations ?

Our co-op hsg society in located in Pune and there are 400 odd residents.

yes, chairman's verbal reply is we (committe of 11 people) decided that. All the rules cannot be given in writting.

Ajit Sir, I suppose you are talking about housing society. And the restrictions are reasonable too. If you want clarifications, you can meet / write to society chairman and know about the rules. It is a safety measure from the society and I dnot find anything wrong in it.

E#very member has right to know about the rules and regulations of the society and every office member if liable to explain the rules and regulations.

The Society has not made such a 'RULE' so far. All the instructions are given verbally to our security guards. Chairman and committe members are not ready to give in writting to security guards or to society members.
Member Strength 9,46,696 and growing..
