What is the reason for rejection of Kerala property document submitted by surity ?

1. 420, 120b

2. They asked us to get a solvency certificate for 25000.

3. Reason foe rejection is because they have an existing liability on that Kerala Property.

Admittedly, it is no constraint that the property is in Kerala. Your friend should try to provide proper surety.

But here in Gujarat they only take solvency certificate on a property/land is what we have been told. Hence he tried to get the same from Kerala but rejected. Can anyone suggest any alternative that can work here in Gujarat? 

Are there any exceptions in terms of submitting a demand draft for the same amount or cash deposit?

No cash is accepted from surety, by any court in India.

However, the surety may submit FD for the amount in a local branch of Bank where his /her account exists, which cannot be rejected.

For Kerala Solvency, Tahasildar asked for last 10 years old property document for approving solvency. However, Village Officer was able to find 2 of them. Will the Tahasildar be able to provide approval for the same based on this 2 property document retrieved by the village officer?
