Dear Sir/Madam,
I have filed conjugal right petition on my native. My wife counter filed for my petition and attend inquiry in same court. At the time judgment she transferred the case to her native court by transfer order from High court.
So again i appeared and do the case at the new court. Now again judgement time, she apply transfer the case to District court.
She irritate and roaming me to various court for past 5 years.
Also she applied divorce and false DV case on me and my parents 2 years ago and the case is pending.
I am belongs to low middle class family and i can't manage all cases in different court due to money issues.
So i request you to any simple and fast way available to close all cases.
If available please share the information.
