Online payment

i have seen a poster in a shop stating that don't pay money online if you pay we are not responsible .. so if a person make offer to buy goods does the poster term are counter offer ??

It is just a caution to those who wish to make payments online and nothing more than that.

So ask the shopkeeper to withdraw his online payment facilities. As online payment facilities and the caution poster are creating confusion.

sir does this caution poster and its term are the part of contract and contract act 

2 - any dispute arises if any customer pay online without owners assent then under which act this dispute will deal in ??

As per my knowledge, this type of sentences form part of the contract as the action of choosing the online mode of payment after reading the caution amounts to acceptance of conditional risk.
