Stay order on road

We don't have road in front of house from 25 years.
One X party put stay order on making road and municipal corporation already given them compensation for their land in 1990 now they want current price of that land.thats why they brought stay order.
What we can do now.?muncipal corporation people not responding

You may file application in apropriate Court to vacate the stay order. As per Supreme Court directions, no temporary stay order is absolute as it needs to be renewed after every six months based on facts and circumstances .

Can we(residents of that road ) apply for application as third party because case is between x party vs muncipal corporation

Dear Mr. Shubham,

A revision can be filed against order. And it has to be argued that since they've got the compensation, they are not eligible for getting the new price.
