Prima Facie High Court comes to conclusion that the case is having ingredients to file the FIR. So You need to prove that the ingredients are false and accordingly file a writ petition

Dear Queriest,

The victim of a fraudulent FIR or in this case you can file a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, and seek the High Court to have the bogus FIR dismissed. If the High Court concludes that the fraudulent FIR is false and it has caused great injustice to the victim, it can order the FIR to be quashed.

thanks sir....i have a sufficient and logical proof to coclude that fir false . so i will go for filing writ petition to review.
