Actually,I want to ask a query regarding a bike and scooty accident. He got in accident last month few days before diwali. He is a minor 18 yrs. not having license but due to both parties accident occurred. According to people presented there, victim party was coming from wrong side. While saving both, my brother accidentally hit him a bit. Only his wife got a small bump and my brother also got hurted. Still that man was trying to harass my brother by saying that he will case on him.
I personally took them to hospital and got her checkup nothing was serious. After paying for there medical fees, we left.
Its more than a month he is harassing my brother to pay for.
We can't make complain as he didn't have driving license and we don't have solid proof for his wrong doings.
please help us!

That threat amounts to extortion, as he is always free to complain to Police. Do not care for such 'threats' and ask him to file a complaint as he pleases and defend it legally.
