if we have a common family well for water purpose what is minimum common area around the well. can your family stop you from taking water from that well. can anyone claim after 50 to 60 years that the well belongs to him and well is in his area.The land and the houses are still registered on their grandfather's name I am thinking if property common how can one person claim the well and surrounding area. kindly advise.
