Partition suit

Just on basis of a Registered WILL(self aquired of the deceased pertaining to immovable property) where in it clearly states that entire ground floor is to be shared equally 1/3 each among the mentioned beneficiaries.Query, since the 1/3 share has not been defined /demarcated ,what are any other documents required to file a partition suit if any.

Following documents required to be submitted

 ( 1) Ownership papers of deceased's Property

 ( 2 ) will

( 3 )  Copy of notice if issued with postal receipt and A.D or tracking certificate.

Thanks,in continuation there is also a Acknowledgement Deed signed by the beneficiaries ,hence the WILL is not disputed, the question now I would like to know ,given these facts how do courts decide partition and how much time does it take.

Merely submitting and marking the documents as exhibits does not dispense with it's proof so you have to submit all the required documents and Proved them by evidence.Court will decide the matter on basis of evidence

Two or three years may be spent to get the decision of court.
