Can late diagnosed adult autistics get disability certificates?

govt order says the use of INCLEN and ISAA diagnostics for Autism certification. These tests are for children. How late-diagnosed adults will be certified especially if childhood history not available?

There is a prescribed day in a week and Govt. Hospitals must provide such certificates duly examined by experts.  That is valid and ultimate for all purposes.

But the experts are bound to follow the govt guideline that restricts the experts to INCLEN, ISAA tool which is totally dependent upon childhood symptoms. But in countries like UK etc (here is an UK guideline) its now possible to diagnose the adults. Now is there any such  Government guideline in India?

Personally I know an autistic adult whose parents are no more and detailed childhood history possibly missing. The person has dx from private therapists but is confused about certification process.

In India, the medical certificate from a Govt. Hospital is final.
