im a permanent resident of bangalore.
i have a Sc/St CC case pending in tirupti...at the time of getting bail, i suffered a lot of tension, bcoz i dint have relatives/freinds etc to give surity, finally my advocate arranged for two surities after paying them some money.
Now, let me assume, that i lose the case, and want to appeal in next court, how can i arrange for surity, without having freinds/ relatives/property (In tirupati).
Will cash surity be accepted in the court i go for appeal?
If i shift my residence to tirupati, will it help?
pl guide me
