If the husband distances himself from the wife after the court marriage then the wife can file a RCR case against him to resume the married life, she can file a DV case seeking maintenance, compensation from him for abandoning her after marriage, monthly maintenance, residential rights etc., she can file a maintenance case under section 125 cr.p.c. on the basis of her court marriage with him.
If she do not want to continue this marriage with him then she can file an annulment case to annul the marriage since the marriage has not been consummated after the marriage.
