Protect from a police torture

Dear sir,
I am a Karnataka government servant. Now I request you that, a police head constable with huge criminal knowledge/background torturing me by others even after a registered a complaint against him in district police complaint authority. He is in the way to arrest me by registering false complaint against me. Now how I can get protection of this ?

Coordinate with a local Criminal Lawyer, with the actual facts of matter, for proper solutions. You may also make a complaint to the Police Commissioner or SP of your district.

It appears that you are allowing yourself to be scared. Please understand that a head constable is not that powerful to harass you unless you have allowed yourself to be taken by fear, for reasons better known to you.
