Divorce case

My husband has filed divorce and i had been given notice for it
But i could not go in family court for 3 date of hearing.
My question is how purpose of hearing are proceeded without I go to court??
The first was SUMMONS - NOTICE for 3 dates
Next was DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE for 9 dates in lockdown and corona period ..
And current status is PETITIONER'S EVIDENCE
Court was closed due to lockdown so how status changed??
Please guide me each steps
And what can i do to stop this case

Please guide me

even after serving a notice you are not appearing before the court then the court will proceed you as an ex-parte,

there is no way to stop this case, but you can contest this case by appearing before the court

rather than wasting a time consult a local lawyer.

Thanks

You can file your written statement online, you must be having the case details and number, monitor the proceedings, once the exparte proceedings are initiated  just file application for setting aside the same. What is the case number, which court and location? Reason for divorce ?

Please appoint an Advocate to represent you before the Court.

The court can proceed ex-parte if the opposite party does not appear. So far, this has not happened. You should appoint an advocate and contest the matter. Even if set, ex-parte, your advocate can take care.
