tenent subletting my property,
not even paying rent, staying they are old tenents.
i have served the notice on my property address they are not receiving it.
i dont know where is their bew address are.
what to do in such situation.

You have already stated to have been issued notice through an able, competent and intelligent lawyer, what is his/ her advise, follow it and proceed to evict the tenant.
