Answer to Q1 & Q2..
1.Search in google and amazon and you can find lot of them in their sites that may be suitable for your specific need.
2.If the Fire exists or the assembly area is blocked by trash etc., immediately take steps to remove such trash. Till the trash is removed get the trash sprayed by anti-inflammatory liquid to arrest the spreading of the fire. As this is concerned with life take immediate action.
