498a victim please advice (o)     22 December 2020

false case 498A Party in Person

wife filled 498A on me, mom and dad.
total 3 accused.

Since 8 years contesting my case of 498A following all CrPC procedure. however judiciary working very slow which delays my matter.

question is, can my father accused no 3- can hire an advocate, but i- husband will continue to contest my case party in person ?

is this possible under which procedure ? plz guide.

During cross examination of wife, my father's advocate will cross examine related to the charges filled on him.

and the charges filled on me(husband) will do cross examine by myself.

will this be possible, if yes, please guide under which section and under which procedures ??

Yes, each accused can have their own advocate.

I am trying to understand live court scene, accused himself doing cross examination of complainant.

Later 2nd accused advocate doing cross examination.

Will judge allow this in Trial Court?

can above will be possible in live Trial court. will judge will under what CrPC??

Perhaps, the question ought to be the reverse - has the Trial Court Judge empowered to prevent such a situation? The obvious answer, on a bare reading of the provisions of the CrPC  cannot but be an emphatic NO.
