daughter property rights

Is Panchayatha parikath valid today, My farther wrote ancestors land ownership to both of their sons equally in 1999 and not written to their daughter . Mutation also done in 1999, daughter filed partition suite in 2013 present it's in FDP stage. She can claim partition or not.

Yes,as per recent judgment of S.C ,daughters can claim share / rights in ancestral property of their parents.

yes, ancestors property. Daughter filled partition suite in 2013 now it's in Final Decree proceeding stage
