Consumer case - legal option for execution

Hi, I got the final order from State commission Delhi in March 2020 which was uploaded on website in June 2020. In July 2020, new consumer law is passed. Can you please confirm where Execution petition should be filed i.e. District or State consumer forum? My amount is 16L which court ordered to refund with 12% interest. Also, if any good local lawyer can be suggested with tentative fee..

Execution petition shall be filed in before the State consumer disputes redressal Commission if the order was passed by them.

How did you get order of SCDR Commission for 16 lakh, whereas, pecuniary jurisdiction of the Commission started from 20 lakh under the provision of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (now repealed) ?

you have to file EP in the same commission which has passed the order.
