How to present video as evidence in court

How to present video as evidence in a court? Do we need to submit entire transcriptt or just the transcriptt of relevent parts of video.

If I off and on video recording say after 5 minutes and create 2 clips will that be considered as editing?

Thanks

What is the case pending before the court ?

Which court the case is being tried ?

What is the piece of electronic conversation which you want to produce ?

What is your locus standi / concern i.e, you are an accused / complainant or counsel for accused / complainant ?

It's a civil case where opponents in a meeting confessing that they fled from the property after selling part of  it on the basis of sham gift deed.

1. For purposes of Evidence, the Original recording chip/device and Transcriptt by govt. registered forensic transcripttor alongwith a self declaration certificate, needs to be produced in court.

2. Anything else to the exception of above, is legally not admissible as evidence.

1. Visit the Court Registrar's office and inquire about required persons from their panel list.

2. Search on Google, for your requirements.
