please tell me the ultimate solution
We take loan from a bank And we paid all amount in advance . but bank show balance due . bank itself don't know the actual nature of charges due .so now where i have to go for complaint ?

If you have repaid entIre loan amount alongwith interest and other chargesYou may make complaint to Banking Ombudsman in this regard.
