Please explaint full facts and circumstances causing harrassment. There is no law similar to domestic violence act for the protection husband.

The number of false cases filed aginst husband on the ground of cruelty commited against wife have increased. The courts are also aware about of the fact and they take any action after thoroughly examining the problem. Please refer the link mentioned

There is no section like Section 498A of IPC for husbands but you can file suit under Section 319, 323, 306 of IPC for causing hurt, mental harassment or for intimidation to cause hurt.
