Early Retirement to employee

If a person is having some health issues which can cause negligence and could result in fatality due his age and conditions. When asked to submit the medical certificate that was submitted by him but still found him not able to perform properly.
How can we give early retirement to this employee. what are the legal provisions relating to the same.

Suitable work to the aged people must be consider. No forceable retirement. You can consider him to take voluntory retirement.

OPTION - 1:
1. Settle amicably, offer lumpsum retirement benefits & gratuity and conclude the matter.

OPTION - 2:
2. Simply terminate his Services stating negligence /ineffiency /others. IF dispute goes to Court, THEN settle amicably, offer lumpsum retirement benefits & gratuity and conclude the matter.
