It is too late to apply for compassionate appointment.

You are not eligible.for compensatory appointment as your father had taken VRS in the year 2002.

Sir My advocate said there is latest GO produced by government so chances haven he said and my father got vrs as my mother on sick so I want VRS IN 1996

Yes, compassionate appointment given in cases where employees proceed on VRS on medical grounds. Procedure allows applying for such appointments at a future date when the children are minor. But they need to apply immediately on becoming a major.

You have no case.

Can't understand sir

Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Advocate)     02 June 2020

Yours is one of the most ineligible case.

your father took VR 1/4 century ago.  So no compassionat job can be given to you,

Your mother (as per given facts) was not a govt employee so her death also does not make you eligible for compassionate job in any deptt.

The matter is not even worth the cost of stationary and postage.  No officer caring for his own pension will ever try to consider your case.
