Legal actions after leaving the company

Dear Sir/Mam,

Can Company can take any leagal actions on employees after leaving his company after 8 Months and serving notice period too and with complete Exit form clearance and final settlement from the the company....

If the proposed action is criminal in nature then it can take but if it is trivial and civil in nature it cannot.

Technically, the company can take legal actions. Chances are very low that the outcome of such legal action will be in favour of the company.
