suppose A pushed B from the mountain n B died .nd in the court of law A defend himself by giving statement like 'gravity is natural' and stating himself not guilty so here is he liable for the commencment of his act ??

1. Very good legally infructuous reasonings & justifications.

2. IF you are a law student /lawyer, THEN discontinue and Shift to Studying Science, more specifically Physics subject.

3. Just Curious: Did "A" give said push to "B", by blowing air from his mouth ????
