The person who abuses policeman can be charged with sec 504 of IPC, sec 353 Of IPC and Sec 332 of IPC

Some policemen misuse their position. It can be difficult to lodge a compliant against such policemen and take action unless you have a good lawyer on your side who can fight the police dept.
