Not permissble. A govt employee is barred from entering into any profession/vocation which provides monetary benefit.

Please elaborate meaning of the word 'ANY'. As far as i remember it is applicable if the private firm deals in same line of business as that of company. If the business of the firm is entirely different will it be applicable then also.
