i was born in nagpur. my father is a GOI employee and keeps getting transferred but i have been living in mumbai,maharashtra for the past 7 years....to get into mba dte requires me to give domicile certificate by birth (or by permanent residence-not applicable in my case). i do have birth certificate proving i was born in nagpur. How do i get the domicile certificate?
