As both the male and female are major, they can take help of the Police and get their marriage registered under Hindu Marriage Act or Special Marriage Act.  for Spl.Marriage, both the male and female shall give intended notice and after one month if no objection is received, the Registrar solemnize the marriage.  for Hindu Marriage, the male and female get their marriage performed in any Endowment temple and with the receipt issued by temple authorities, it shall be got registered before the Registrar of Marriages.

There are many temples and Aryasamaj Mandirs where they can get married and register the same with Registrar of marriages.  Apply to Police for protection in advance and also you can contact Registrar of Marriages (Registration office) for proper guidance.

Bride and Groom must belong to hindu parentage and traditions. No love marriages and Second Marriages are allowed in Tirumala. Both parents need to be present at the time of Marrriage. All the identification and Redential proofs must be carried to register Marriage in Tirumala

Tirumala is not the only temple in AP, and there are such hundreds of temples that exclusively serve for such purposes which include getting marriage registration certificate (package) if only you can submit DOB, AADHAR and two independent witnesses.

Since both are major and have taken decision to marry each other, they can organise a small function with the help of their friends and the willing relatives to solemnness their marriage either in a function hall or before a temple.

If the marriage is solemnised as per Hindu law and religious rites, then they can get their marriage registered under the provisions of Hindu marriage act.

As their respective parents are objecting to their marriage they may take the support of friends and willing relatives to solemnise their marriage.

How you are concerned with such male /female intending to marry against wishes and approval of their parents?

N.K.Assumi (Advocate)     28 March 2020

That Hindu Laws says any two hindus, so if they are adult, I mean of marriagable age as envisaged under the act, they can validly solemnozed their marriage, as parental consent are not necessary in such a case. If any third party interfares in the marriage, take the help of Po0lice.

do mention the place they belong... so that appropriate reply can be given...

Adv Rohit S Malhan   28 March 2020

they need to contact Marriage Registrar of their location and move an application for marriage... marriage regustrar will give 30 days time seeking objections from the Public and family members... then if no legal objections as per Sec 5 of Hindu Marriage Act then He will endorse the marriage... they need 2 witnesses also...
