please let me know whether certificate under section 65 B is mandatory to give audio records as evidence..
because as per my knowledge supreme court has scrapped the certificate requirement...

The requirement of a certificate is still in a dilemma due to the approach of Supreme Court in various cases.
As of now, electronic certificate is not required but it can't be heavily relied upon.
