Brother not willing to settle property matters after the death of my father. How to deal with this matter

Just contact a lawyer and provide him with desription of proprty to be distrubuted,if you have any sale deeds,revenue extracts,share certificates etc give copies to the lawyer. If you don't have the property documents then try to get certitfied copies of document and in that also alwyer can help and guide you.

Before spending a rupee on court expenses, try through friends/relatives and issue a notice seeking partition of the property stating all your efforts and approach through Legal Services Authority. (Pre Litigation Conciliation0
