Permanent alimony

After SUPREME COURT gives the judgment about permanent alimony is there any option to fight or not.. also the alimony will be deposit where in SUPREME COURT or in high court

Once a Supreme Court ruled, the presumption is that chances of getting any orders against such ruling are remote.
