Hi I have been victimed in a false rape case and I am on bail and facing the case in the court.
can I get married now and do I need to seek permission to get married from the court.
if I try to get married without court permission and the complainant files any petition against me will it make a problem for me. please advise.

If court has restrained you from marrying or you have given any declaration about marry in that case you cannot marry without permission of the court. As per me there is no law to restrict accused from marrying.
